Zhejiang Yiwu Kebiao Pen-Making Co., Ltd. formerly operating as Yiwu Choujiang Chaoyi Pen Factory, is a Sino-foreign enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, production and wholesale distribution of pens. We established in June 1999, own over 20,000-square-meter factory equipped with more than 80 first-rate production machines and hundreds of staff, plant planning and facility reach the international standard, also has passed ISO9001:2008 compliant quality management system.
